| As an individual who has never boated but wanted to get a strong understanding of what is required and needed to be an informed and successful future boater, this course was just the thing. The instructors were very knowledgeable, not just about the theory of boating, but shared real life experiences. The optional “on the water” segment was not only enjoyable, but you experienced identifying navigational aids and using nautical charts, you learned about in class, in real time.
